Overview

Epitalon (also called Epithalon) is a synthetic tetrapeptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly; AEDG) developed in the 1970s and originally derived from pineal peptides. It is best known for its ability to activate telomerase, the enzyme that maintains and lengthens telomeres, thereby supporting healthy cell division and delaying cellular aging. Decades of use in Russian gerontology clinics have reported excellent tolerability with no significant adverse effects.
